At JKosmmune, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is an issue with a product you purchased, JKosmmune has a 30-day return policy.
Please email us at info@jkosmmune.com with your order number, the reason for return, as well as photographs of the product if possible. We guarantee returns for any product damage or defects occurred due to a manufacturing error or if you received the wrong product. We generally do not accept opened and used items unless a manufacturing error has occurred. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. After we have received the return, we will send you an email regarding the status of your order. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process.
