At JKosmmune, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is an issue with a product you purchased, JKosmmune has a 30-day return policy.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the reason for return, as well as photographs of the product if possible. We guarantee returns for any product damage or defects occurred due to a manufacturing error or if you received the wrong product. We generally do not accept opened and used items unless a manufacturing error has occurred. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. After we have received the return, we will send you an email regarding the status of your order. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to process.
Orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day (excluding Saturday). All orders within U.S. will be shipped from Frederick, MD. Once shipped, we will update you with the tracking number to your email. Standard shipping will take 3 to 5 business days, and expedited shipping will take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped. For international orders, please see International Shipping Policy
